These are a couple of quick makes that I sneeked in between my other projects. The photos are not great as Gracie just wouldn't play ball.lol
I love the colour of this Peaches & Creme, it is called Mocha swirls and it reminds me of neopolitan ice cream. I will definately make more of both these the skirt is Caiden's skirt from Ravelry and the cap is a Sirdar pattern from a leaflet for Snuggly Aran hats.
I am well on my way with the frilly cardy but Amber's waistcoat is stalling some what!!
I was really fed up last week and didn't want to see or talk to anyone but I feel a lot better this week, I also had an ear infection last week as did Gracie, which we are both getting over gradually.
Hope to have some more finished pictures soon.

I love the skirt and hat, I think they look adorable. Great colours. Hope your feeling better!
I think Gracie is the best dressed girl ever! I have a hat pattern very much like this to make for my daughter but she is 28. I have to tell you it does seem like yesterday she was like Gracie. Enjoy every moment because it goes very fast!
I love the hat pattern and the colours of the hat and skirt.
Oh isnt the hat just adorable on her. Love the skirt too.
I have been looking for a "twirly skirt" pattern for a long time. I have a 4 year old grandaughter and would love to knit one. where can i find a pattern?
Hi Christa,
This pattern and the other twirly skirt I have done on here are both available as free patterns on www.raverly.com. If you are already a member go to the barefoot knits group for the twirly skirt and the other pattern is in the free patterns section, the pattern above is actually aged 1 year and the designer gives you the option to make it bigger yourself. Hope this makes sense if you need anymore info just let me know.
Amanda.
